Murat Usta is a Partner/Principal at RSM US LLP since June 2022, specializing in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and internal restructurings from a US tax perspective. Prior experience includes serving as a Transaction Tax Senior Manager at EY from September 2010 to April 2022, where responsibility encompassed transaction tax planning, due diligence, and providing US tax advice on complex financial transactions. Additionally, Murat's early career comprised roles as an Appeals Intern at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, a Law Clerk at Ernst & Young in Istanbul, a Law Clerk at Koc & Gorur, a Financial Analyst at TM Capital Corp., and a Summer Intern at the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
