Lou Bialon-Crane is a seasoned professional in nonprofit relationship management, currently serving as a Manager at RSM US LLP since December 2022, following a role as Supervisor in the same department. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Salesforce Consultant at Redpath Consulting Group from July 2021 to November 2022, and Constituent Data Manager at the Minneapolis Institute of Art between November 2018 and July 2021. Earlier roles consisted of Individual Giving Specialist at Meda from October 2016 to November 2018, as well as Development Coordinator at the Film Society of Minneapolis St. Paul from January 2013 to October 2016.
