Lou Bialon-Crane has extensive experience in nonprofit relationship management and consulting, currently serving as a Supervisor at RSM US LLP. Previously, Lou held positions as a Senior Salesforce Consultant and Salesforce Consultant at Redpath Consulting Group. Additional experience includes serving as Constituent Data Manager at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Individual Giving Specialist at Meda - Metropolitan Economic Development Association, and Development Coordinator at the Film Society of Minneapolis St. Paul. Lou earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public/Nonprofit Management from the University of Minnesota between 2012 and 2015.
