Libby Hutton is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in instructional design, talent development, and curriculum management across various industries. Currently serving as the Family Office Enterprise Outsourced Learning Director and Director of Talent Development & Management at RSM US LLP since September 2018, Libby has successfully designed and implemented enterprise-wide talent strategies and enhanced industry team resources. Previous roles include significant positions at Ecolab, UnitedHealth Group, Target, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, where Libby led training initiatives, developed customized learning solutions, and produced effective eLearning modules. Libby holds an Associate's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and has a foundational education from the University of Minnesota and Mounds View High School in Arden Hills, MN.
