Babitha Louis Mapranath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax process and technology management, business analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Director at RSM US LLP since July 2024, Babitha previously held the position of Tax Process & Technology Director at RSM Canada from January 2021 to July 2024. Babitha's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Deloitte from February 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder management, systems analysis, and the development of functional specifications. Earlier career experience includes a lengthy tenure at Accenture as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, where Babitha led projects from inception to deployment.
