Addison Smith currently serves as the Pipeline Development Team Lead at RSM US LLP, after progressing from the roles of Pipeline Development Analyst and Pipeline Development Specialist. In these positions, Addison contributes to RSM's mission as a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services for the middle market. Previous experience includes serving as Finance Director at Junge Ford BMW, where Addison focused on delivering exceptional customer service and financing arrangements, and as Finance Manager at McGrath Family of Dealerships, with similar responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Addison held the position of District Manager at Parco Ltd, overseeing daily operations of a multi-unit franchise and enhancing customer experiences. Education was pursued at Kirkwood Community College in 2017-2018.
