Ron Sill has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Ron began their career in the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program as the Leading Petty Officer for the Reactor Mechanical 11 Division. After leaving the navy, they worked at the Deasy GeoGraphics Laboratory at Penn State University. Later, they joined RS&H as the Community Design Leader, where they oversaw a team of professionals in urban design and landscape architecture. Ron'srole at RS&H also included creating communication strategies and messages to support business objectives. Additionally, Ron served as a Guest Lecturer at Penn State University, delivering lectures on design in the urban environment.
Ron Sill attended Penn State University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture.
