James Turner is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in airfield and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Airfield Engineer at RS&H since April 2023, James previously held multiple positions at Pond & Company from May 2005 to March 2023, including Senior Civil Engineer, Project Manager, and Engineer III, focusing on projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Surveyor/Drafter at Peoples & Quigley Inc. from February 2003 to January 2005, leading survey teams and contributing to the design of water treatment facilities. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
