Jane Titchener is an experienced finance executive with a tenure at RS Group plc since July 2008, currently serving as VP Finance Transformation and interim Group CFO. Jane has led various financial teams, executing financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while advising the Group on business strategy. Previous roles included CFO of the Asia Pacific region and VP Corporate Development, where Jane focused on M&A transactions and strategic investments. Additionally, Jane has held positions in tax and treasury management, demonstrating expertise in tax strategy and compliance. Jane commenced their career at Ernst & Young, advancing to Senior Tax Manager. Jane holds a BA in Law with Criminology from The University of Sheffield.
