Evan Foo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in M&A, value creation, and impact investment. Currently serving as the Deals Strategy & Operations Director and Deals Transformation Director at PwC since September 2018, Evan specializes in advising Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity firms on pre-deal value creation, synergies, and business transformation. As a Just Economy Institute Fellow at RSF Social Finance, Evan contributes to promoting social finance initiatives. Previously, as President of the NYU Impact Investment Fund, Evan established NYU's first impact investment fund and developed its mission and evaluation processes. Evan's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding ARCHT Audio, achieving notable recognition in Singapore for innovative audio solutions. Additional roles include Investment Manager at SPRING Seeds Capital and Investment Banking Associate at Macquarie Group. Evan holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
