Randy Chabot is an experienced professional in the mechanical and logistics industries, currently serving as the Owner of RSC Mechanical, Inc. since May 2004. Chabot co-founded RSC Mechanical after being invited to expand operations to the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to this, Chabot owned North Star Mechanical Inc., having started as a driver and worked through various roles before purchasing the company in January 1986, where Chabot remained until March 2017. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Logistics Specialist and Sales at Morris and Knowdson Corporation, where Chabot played a key role in setting up warehousing operations, and working as a Quality Control Analyst at Industrial and Auto Fasteners, focusing on Statistical Process Analysis. Chabot's academic background includes studies at Macomb Community College from 1986 to 1990.
