James Gregory is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in planning, insight, and telephony. Currently serving as the Head of Planning, Insight and Telephony at RSA since February 2020, James has also held positions as Head of Operational Insight and Insights Manager within the company. Prior to RSA, James worked at Argos from May 2017 to January 2020 as Senior Insight and MI Manager and RCA and Insight Manager. James began the career at MBNA as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst from May 2006 to July 2015, advancing to a Credit Risk Analyst until May 2017. Additional experience includes a role as Strategy Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group from July 2015 to February 2016.
