Vanessa Chapman has extensive experience in both public service and the private sector. Since November 2021, Vanessa has served as a City Council Member for the Municipality of Bury. Concurrently, Vanessa has held the position of Unit Sales Manager at Intact since June 2021. Additionally, Vanessa's long tenure at RSA Canada, starting in June 2006, includes roles as Operations Lead, Leader of Travel Operations, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Customer Service Specialist. Vanessa began their career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Global X ETFs, where employment spanned from June 2006 to June 2011.
