Douglas Chan has worked for Rapid Response Monitoring since 2022 as an IT Support Specialist, and for Costco Wholesale from 2018 to 2022 in roles as a Front End Assistant/Merchandise Stocker and a Forklift Driver.

Douglas Chan attended Pasadena City College from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems. Douglas then attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2019 to 2021, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Douglas also holds CompTIA A+ ce Certification, obtained in July 2021, and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, obtained in October 2021.
