Nicol Williams has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at RR Donnelley since September 2005. Responsibilities include supporting a large sales force in employee relations, benefits, payroll, hiring, and special projects, as well as EEO coordination and Employee Development. Nicol Williams acts as HR Business Partner for all management levels and oversees recruitment and development for internship and new associate programs. Prior to this role, Nicol Williams held the position of HR Director at Corporate Fitness Works from April 1998 to September 2005 and worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Frankford Hospital from 1995 to 1998. Nicol Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Dietetics from Iowa State University and has completed a SHRM Prep Class.
