Luke Raiano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and service infrastructure development. Currently serving as the Director of Service Infrastructure Development at RQI Partners, LLC since January 2022, Luke oversees product management for cloud service infrastructure. Luke's notable prior role as a Sr. Product Manager at IBM involved leading product management for a $400M software portfolio and generating $40M in new revenue through market opportunities. Additionally, Luke has a strong background with the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Commander since 1998. Earlier career roles at IBM included various product management positions, and a tenure as Technical Marketing Manager at VideoGuide contributed to a successful launch of an innovative interactive TV program guide. Luke holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Boston College and dual BS degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and The University of Texas at Arlington.
