Ken De Silva is an experienced laboratory professional with a robust background in quality assurance, laboratory management, and technical supervision. Currently serving as a Laboratory Supervisor at RPQ Group since July 2019 and the Owner/Manager of Silva Road Test Services since September 2014, Ken provides expertise in laboratory testing services and compliance with NATA and TMR specifications. Previous roles include Technical Supervisor and Laboratory Manager at Allens Asphalt, Laboratory & Quality Assurance Manager at Bituminous Products, and Quality Manager at Downer EDI Works. Throughout a diverse career beginning in 1998 at Boral Asphalt, Ken has demonstrated a commitment to maintaining NATA accreditation, managing laboratory operations, and promoting quality systems across various companies in the construction industry. Education was completed at Padua College between 1979 and 1983.
