Ellen Pawlikowski is a retired General with extensive experience in the Aviation and Aerospace industry, having served in the United States Air Force from 1982 to 2022. As a commander of the AF Materiel Command and the Space and Missile Systems Center, they led critical initiatives in aerospace and defense. Currently, Ellen serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including SRI International, RPM International Inc., and Raytheon, while also holding independent director roles at ARA and Velo3D. Ellen earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Recognized for leadership in science and technology, they are skilled in crisis management, intelligence analysis, and emergency management.
