S 'Venky' Venkatesh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive global leadership experience, currently serving as a Member of the Group Management Board and President of Group HR at RPG Group since April 2014, overseeing the People & Organization function for a USD 4.5 billion conglomerate with approximately 35,000 employees across six businesses. S 'Venky' also founded Svanishta, a strategic HR advisory firm, which operated from May 2009 to March 2014, providing unique HR services, including a 'Director HR on hire' offering. Previously, S 'Venky' held senior HR roles at Arvind Limited, Vedanta Resources Plc, BPL Innovision Business Group, PowerGen Plc, and ITC Limited. S 'Venky' holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed early education at St. Bede's, Chennai.
