Vinayak Sharma is an experienced operations leader and creative professional with extensive expertise in the fashion and design industry. Currently serving as Operations Lead at RPG Foundation since August 2023, Vinayak co-founded Cotton Rack, a premium womenswear brand focused on promoting Indian crafts and sustainable livelihoods for artisans, where innovative products like Cashmere Cotton and the "Folds" sari collection were introduced. Previous roles include Assistant Professor and Head of Social Media at IICD-Indian Institute of Crafts And Design, where Vinayak developed an academic program in Craft Communication Design and taught various subjects related to design and marketing. Prior experience includes contributions to COLORPLUS FASHIONS LTD. as Assistant Designer, playing a significant role in launching successful product lines and enhancing brand reputation. Educational credentials include a B.Des. in Fashion Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi and a background in Textile Designing.
