Jeff Marion is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in technical leadership and product development. Currently serving as an Engineering Partner at Renaissance Periodization since February 2019, Jeff has held various senior roles in notable companies including Senior Engineering Manager at Planet and Senior Director of Engineering at Minted. At Minted, Jeff led the e-commerce engineering team in designing a new product model and API, achieving a 20% year-over-year conversion increase. Prior experiences include founding Rollick, serving as VP of Engineering at Guildery, and holding the CTO position at Tocata, where Jeff was instrumental in building the engineering team from the ground up. Jeff's engineering career began at Tiny Prints, contributing to significant sales growth, and is supported by an Associate's Degree in Software Development from Foothill College.
