James Evans, MBA, serves as the Director of Supply Chain Management at RPCS since April 2023, following a similar role at Borrego from August 2021 to April 2023. Prior to this, James held various positions at Blattner Energy, including Supply Chain Master Planner and Senior Project Control Manager, overseeing cost management for construction projects exceeding $2 billion. James's early career included roles at Abengoa in Internal Audit/SOX Compliance, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as an Income Auditor, and as an Audit and Assurance Associate at PwC. James earned an MBA from Rutgers University – Camden and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary.
