Wies Wagenaar currently serves as the Ethics & Business Conduct Leader at PwC Nederland since May 2024 and is a board member of the ABN AMRO Foundation, focusing on supporting underprivileged children. As Chairwoman of the Board for the Roze Filmdagen, Wies Wagenaar works to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues through film. Previously, Wies Wagenaar held various leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., including Global Head of the Centre of Expertise for Behaviour, Ethics & Learning, overseeing corporate integrity strategies. With a background in compliance and ethics from KPMG and expertise in crisis management, Wies Wagenaar's educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and a Master's in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
