Ilya Pringot currently works as an Assistant Project Manager at BrusselAVenir, where they assist in developing, managing, facilitating, and communicating about new projects. They also work as a bartender for Royale Union Saint-Gilloise SCRL, and as an entertainer at Surfers Paradise, sharing their passion for surf. In the past, they have interned as an Innovation Manager at Cultureghem VZW and worked as a Bar Waiter at Noordzee. They are currently pursuing a degree in Idea & Innovation Management, with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Erasmushogeschool Brussel.
