James Taylor has gained experience working in various sectors, including consulting, the British Army, and the Royal Yachting Association. In their current role as a Junior Consultant at MH&A, James works with clients in the public sector to achieve exceptional outcomes in education and economic development. Previously, James served as a Guardsman in the Coldstream Guards and as an Officer Cadet in the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment. Additionally, James has experience as a Senior Instructor, Powerboat Instructor, and Race Coach at the Royal Yachting Association. James holds a Master of Arts in Conflict, Development, and Security from Lancaster University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Geography.
