Pamela Harding FCIPD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently, Pamela serves as Chief People Officer at ICAEW and as Deputy Board Chair, Trustee, and Committee Chair at Ambient Support. Additional roles include Independent Member of the Remuneration Committee at the Royal Town Planning Institute and Non-Executive Director at EMJ. Previously, Pamela held positions as Interim Joint-CEO and Executive Director of Transformation & People at RIBA, HR Director at PRS for Music, and Interim Group HR Director at The Law Society of England and Wales. With a background in consulting through SYZLING ASSOCIATES LIMITED, Pamela has advised numerous organizations on HR and change management both in the UK and internationally. Pamela holds a BA hons in HR and Business from the University of Southampton and a BA hons in International Study linked with business consulting from the University of Skovde, Sweden, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
