Dan Dare has extensive experience in engineering and program management within the automotive and manufacturing industries. Prior roles include Director of Technical Business Development at Proper Group International, where responsibilities encompassed program management and facility expansion projects, and Launch Manager at Marelli, where Dan played a key role in the facility expansion for automotive lighting. Dan's career also includes significant positions at North American Lighting, Guardian Industries, and Venture Industries, showcasing a strong background in advanced product development, engineering, and customer relationship management. Dan holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Macomb Community College.
