Nirav Gadher is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels since July 2024, Nirav previously held the position of Human Resources Officer at MGM Muthu Hotels from October 2022 to July 2024. Prior to this, Nirav worked as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts from July 2018 to September 2022, and as an Assistant Professor at Dr. V. R. Godhaniya College from August 2014 to June 2018, where contributions were made to educating and mentoring students in Human Resources. Nirav began the career as an HR Executive at Hotel Lords Inn in early 2013. Nirav holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Sardar Patel College of Management and Administration, completed between 2011 and 2013.
