R. Stan Holland is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Royal Oak Realty Trust, where R. Stan oversees portfolio management, property management, business development, and strategy activities. Prior to this role, R. Stan served as VP of Operations and Business Development at Manning & Napier Advisors, where R. Stan was responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies. With a background in finance, law, and corporate development, Holland has also held positions at companies such as Eastman Kodak, Vaccinex Inc., Morgan Stanley, Salomon Brothers, and The Bissell Companies. R. Stan holds a BA in Economics/English from Duke University, an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a JD in Corporate Law from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
