Hannah Mallinson is an experienced science engagement professional currently serving as the Science Engagement Manager at the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) since February 2020, where Hannah develops and implements engagement strategies related to weather and climate science. Prior to this role, Hannah worked at Fugro as a Marine Forecaster from February 2016 to February 2020, leading a team in delivering timely weather forecasts. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as an Assistant Forecaster at the BBC and work in various roles in customer service and administrative assistance. Hannah holds a Master of Science in Applied Meteorology from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from UCL.
