Matthew Busby MBA, SHRM-CP is a seasoned professional in construction and operations management with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Construction at ROYAL since June 2023, Busby previously held positions such as Head of Operations at Title GC/ServPro Restoration, where the focus was on overseeing construction divisions in multiple states. Prior roles include Director of Construction Operations at TETRAD BUILDING GROUP LLC, managing significant data center projects, and leading operations at PKC Commercial Construction. Busby also has experience in market development at Xceligent Information and Technology Company and senior project management at the National Nuclear Security Administration. A graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in psychology, Busby earned an MBA from Ottawa University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at Kansas University.
