Tonnvane W. has extensive experience in quality engineering and assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Engineering at Royal Mail since October 2024. Previously, Tonnvane held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at Octopus, where management of a 15-member QA team across Europe was achieved, resulting in the rejuvenation of departmental methodologies. As the Global Head of Software Quality Assurance at Mintel from October 2019 to April 2023, Tonnvane innovated the QA function by focusing on coaching development teams and enhancing automation. Tonnvane's career also includes key roles at Elsevier Clinical Solutions, Save the Children UK, Tungsten Network, and other organizations, demonstrating a consistent track record of improving quality processes, implementing Agile methodologies, and building effective QA teams. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Political Science and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Chinese Language and Literature and Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.
