Rachel Levy is an experienced digital product leader with a robust background in managing product strategies and teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Product at Royal Mail since July 2023, Rachel is responsible for the product vision and roadmap for customer-facing digital services. Previously, Rachel held significant positions such as Head of Product at Sky, where leadership of multi-functional product teams in eCommerce was key, and Senior Digital Product Manager at BT, overseeing a team focused on delivering digital experiences for multiple platforms. Rachel's initial roles included marketing positions at Sainsbury's and Dixons Retail, where foundational skills in digital marketing and campaign management were developed. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from the University of Nottingham.
