Jafar Aljazazi is a seasoned professional with significant experience in safety management and customer service within the aviation industry. Since June 2011, Jafar has held roles at Royal Jordanian, currently serving as a Safety Supervisor responsible for administering the reporting system and managing the Flight Operations Quality Assurance program. Jafar also updates the Aircraft Accident Response Manual and maintains the Emergency Control Center. Previously, as a Sales and Customer Service Agent, Jafar handled incoming reservations and inquiries for Royal Jordanian services. Earlier experience includes a Sales Representative position with the Jordan Olympic Committee's Sports Lottery Program from June 2006 to September 2009. Jafar holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Al-Balqa` Applied University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
