Christian Reyes Meleán is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and organizational development. With a tenure at +people since April 2010 as "Ilusionista de Ideas," Christian has co-created frameworks to enhance innovation, productivity, and collaboration within teams and organizations, successfully partnering with major companies in Chile such as Falabella and Codelco. Earlier roles include founding partner focused on developing productivity cultures and leveraging technology for organizational change, and a professor at Universidad del Desarrollo, where Christian taught Information Technologies for Human Resources. Additionally, experience includes managerial positions at Imagen S.A., promoting enterprise content management solutions, and conducting research at Universitat Politècnica de València. Christian holds a Master's degree in Commercial and Marketing Management from IEDE Business School and a Doctorate in Knowledge Management and Information Technologies from Universitat Politècnica de València.
