Jason Fenn is a Partner at CPS Capital and a Board Member at PharmaSmart International, Inc., Royal House Partners, and Cloudli Communications. They previously served as Vice President and Investment Counsellor at Fiera Capital from 2018 to 2020, and as a Portfolio Manager at CGOV Asset Management from 2011 to 2018. Jason co-founded SmartCloud Inc., which focused on providing cloud services to SMEs in Canada, and practiced law at Rohmer & Fenn from 2004 to 2011.
