Thijs de Boer is an experienced professional in the field of port and maritime consulting, currently serving as Associate Director and Project Manager at Royal HaskoningDHV since September 2010. In addition to this role, Thijs de Boer has been a Lecturer in Ports & Waterways at Technische Universiteit Delft since August 2020. Thijs de Boer holds a Master of Science in Hydraulic Engineering with a focus on Ports & Waterways from Delft University of Technology, obtained in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2007.
