Pieter Dijkstra has extensive experience in the horticultural industry, currently serving as a Global Sourcing Specialist at Royal FloraHolland since January 2008, where guidance is provided to customers in sourcing indoor and outdoor plants in Germany and Denmark. Previous roles include Project Manager and Manager Commercie Eelde, focusing on customized sales and account management for national and international nurseries. Prior to this, Pieter Dijkstra worked at Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer from August 1997 to December 2007 in various sales roles, including as a commercial intermediary for Dutch and Danish nurseries. Starting the career at Oostergo bedrijven from January 1996 to August 1997, Pieter Dijkstra was involved in sales of potplants to international export firms. Education was completed at NHL Hogeschool from 1991 to 1995.
