Osama Elsaman is a skilled engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering Qena, completed in 2020. Currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Royal El Minya Cement Co since December 2022, Osama specializes in production line equipment design and performance analysis. Prior experience includes a Product Development Engineer role at Al Nasr Automotive Manufacturing Company, where Osama contributed to the first Egyptian electric vehicle homologation strategy and driving cycle design. Additional experience encompasses teaching assistance in Renewable Energy at New Cairo Technology University, training in SolidWorks, and various internships focused on power generation and maintenance. Osama has been involved with IEEE Egypt Section as a volunteer from 2016 to 2018.
