Jessica Muzira is an experienced professional in the healthcare and education sectors, currently serving as the bilingual Maintenance of Certification Program Coordinator at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada since October 2022. In this role, Jessica supports Fellows and MOC Program participants by evaluating initiatives and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Additionally, Jessica has served as a Bilingual Virtual Course Moderator for the Mental Health Commission of Canada and previously worked as an International Project Management Officer at Accreditation Canada, overseeing global health service accreditation. With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from St. Thomas University, Jessica brings a strong educational background to diverse moderating and customer service roles, including previous positions with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Government of New Brunswick.
