Lisa Charles-Jones is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Director at Parkdean Resorts since January 2020, Lisa has also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at the Royal College of General Practitioners and previously held non-executive positions at Tracsis plc, Countrywide Plc, and Bernicia Group. From 2003 to June 2016, Lisa was the Group HR Director at LSL Property Services plc, and prior to that, served as Divisional HR Manager at Comet. Academically, Lisa holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and an MA in Human Resources Management from Northumbria University.
