Millie Quintero has extensive experience in security and law enforcement, currently serving as the Global Security Investigations Lead at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing the investigative team, resources, and security investigations across a fleet of 62 ships. Prior to this role, Millie Quintero served as a Police Detective with the Miami-Dade Police Department from June 1989 to October 2014, focusing on criminal investigations at PortMiami and co-leading the Auto Theft Task Force. Millie Quintero holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from St. Thomas University.
