James Wells is an accomplished supply chain and procurement executive with extensive experience leading global operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain and Procurement Officer at Royal Caribbean Group, James oversees diverse teams responsible for procurement, logistics, inventory, and travel services to support a vast fleet of cruise ships. Previous roles include SVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Nestlé, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of supply chain strategy and customer service for the US business units, and leadership positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, Kellogg Company, Owens & Minor, Cardinal Health, and Fleming Companies. James holds executive training certifications from both Michigan State University and The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
