Cailyn Hennessy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Royal Caribbean Group since December 2017. Previously, Cailyn held various roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from July 2012 to May 2017, including Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Strategy. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Lead in Corporate Strategy, Senior Analyst in Revenue Management, and Revenue Management Analyst at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Additionally, Cailyn completed a Customer Service Internship at Macy's Logistics and Operations and a SCEP Internship at the Northeast Regional Response Center. Cailyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, having studied there from 2008 to 2012, and attended The Peddie School from 2003 to 2008.
