Richard Daisley has over two decades of experience in customer service management, with a current role as Customer Service Manager for Daytime Operations at the Royal Borough of Greenwich since March 2012. Daisley has held various positions within the same organization, including Deputy Customer Service Manager, Resource Planning & Performance Manager, Training Officer for Customer Services, and Senior Team Leader. Prior to this, Daisley served as Customer Services Manager at the London Borough of Haringey from November 2001 to September 2011. Daisley completed education at St. Paul's Way Secondary School from 1977 to 1983.
