Lingjing Yin is the Head of Product at the Royal Borough of Greenwich since May 2021, previously serving as Design Director at FutureGov from October 2015 to April 2021. In the latter role, Lingjing was part of the senior leadership team focused on improving citizen welfare and public institutions through high-quality design. Lingjing has held various leadership positions across organizations, including Director at Scenario Design Ltd., Interim Head of Design for Digital Transformation at the British Film Institute, and Principal Service Designer at Nile. With a strong background in service design and organizational change, Lingjing has collaborated closely with clients and stakeholders, driving successful transformation projects in health care and public services. Educational credentials include an MA in Design Products from the Royal College of Art and a BSc in Furniture Design from Nanjing Forestry University.
