Ivis Williams is a dedicated and experienced Accountant working for the Royal College of General Practitioners, she is also serving as a Council Member at ROYAL BOROUGH OF GREENWICH, where she serves as Cabinet Member for Finance, Resources and Social Value sinse May 2022, prior to this she was Chair of the Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel (May 2018 to May 2022). Ivis has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a focus on Financial and Management Accounting, producing Statutory Accounts and detailed monthly Management reports.

Ivis began her career in 1998 as an Accountant at Tower Record (Virgin Record). In this role, Ivis was responsible for producing monthly financial reports and overseeing the budget. Ivis then transitioned to FedEx Kinkos, then to Perenco Oil & Gas, where she worked as a Financial Accountant for several years. In this role, Ivis was responsible for producing monthly financial reports, overseeing the budget, and conducting regular reviews with budget holders.

She worked as a UK expat at Fortis Bank in the Cayman Islands as a Transaction Accountant in the Fund of Hedge Fund and Custodian team for a year. Then in 2009, Ivis returned to the UK to work as an Accountant at Datacash Ltd, the company was later acquired by Mastercard. In this role, Ivis was responsible for managing staff, and producing detailed monthly reports. Ivis then transitioned to Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) in 2014, where they served as Deputy Commercial Manager for 2 years. In this role, Ivis was responsible for producing monthly financial reports, overseeing the budget, conducting regular reviews with budget holders, and producing detailed monthly reports for company consumption.

Ivis worked as a Management Accountant for the London Diocesan Fund before transitioned to their current role as a Financial Accountant at the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2022. In this role, Ivis is responsible for management the Account Payable and Account Receivable functions.

Ivis is also a Certified Bookkeeper, she runs a Bookkeeping firm, Access Support and Resources Ltd producing small companies accounts and monthly financial reports.

Ivis Williams has a MSc (Distinction) in Financial Management and Risk from the University of Greenwich, a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and Higher Diplomas in Computing, Information Systems, International Business Law and Accounting from the School of Computing and Business Studies London.
