Zoë Sabajo currently serves as the D&I Lead at Royal BAM Group, beginning in June 2024. With extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Zoë has previously held roles as a DEI Program Manager and Project Lead at Techleapnl, where efforts included enhancing DEI as a business enabler for Dutch scaleups and creating benchmarks in digital inclusion. Additionally, Zoë contributed as a member of Diverse Leaders in Tech and an Advisory Board Member for SXSW. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam focusing on International Security, along with a Bachelor's in International Studies from Leiden University. Earlier roles include internships at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the World Food Programme, where Zoë led significant research initiatives.
