The Management and Executive Operations team at RANZCP oversees the strategic and administrative functions of the college. This team includes various executive managers and specialists who handle partnerships and engagement, education and training, governance, finance, membership development, conferences and events, and policy practice and research. Their collaborative efforts ensure the effective implementation of the college’s initiatives, support for member psychiatrists, and advocacy for optimal mental health outcomes in Australia and New Zealand.
