Lisa Traynor possesses extensive experience in the field of museum curation, particularly in firearms. Currently serving as the Curator of Firearms at the Royal Armouries Museum since April 2017, Lisa's career in the museum sector began in 2008 with roles including Collections Assistant at Museums Sheffield and Exhibitions Assistant at Thackray Medical Museum. Over the years, Lisa has held various positions at the Royal Armouries, such as Assistant Curator and First World War Researcher, contributing significantly to documentation and visitor experience. Lisa holds two Bachelor's Degrees from The University of Huddersfield in History, Heritage and Museum Studies, and Theatre and Media Studies, alongside a solid educational background from King James School and Greenhead College.
